Stephanie Jackson is a screenwriter and branded content creator living in Los Angeles.

She has been writing romantic comedies for Hallmark Media since 2020. Love at the Pecan Farm and Christmas in Tahoe were released in 2021 and she has four more slated for release in 2024/25.

Stephanie honed her comedy writing skills over four seasons of Does This Baby Make Me Look Fat?, the award-winning original digital series she created about the comedic perils of having a baby. Her success with it has made her an in-demand branded content creator, where she infuses parent-oriented brands with edgy humor for social media campaigns. Notable clients include Belly Bandit, LoveBug Probiotics, Ready, Set, Food! and PatPat Clothing.

As an actor, Stephanie worked on hit shows such as Fresh Off the Boat, Workaholics, Up All Night and Chuck. Ironically, she was tired of getting typecast as a “mom,” but now loves being one in real life to her two young sons, Rhett and Wells. Between them, her husband and their two male cats, she is truly the queen of her castle. Though it’s no wonder she keeps writing female characters who are frustrated no one listens to them.
